Coco Screening at Northeastern

Last Friday, November 1, the director of the UNAM-Boston headquarters, Benjamín Juárez, gave a talk with students from Northeastern University about the importance of Mexican traditions and the Day of the Dead offerings. The students discussed their concerns about Mexican traditions living in the United States as well as the details of the film. Professor Juarez has participated in the advice of the film, provided comments on the representation of culture, as well as the African-American and Asian heritage in the Mexican community.
